Clydesdale Builders has done multiple major renovations for our family and done great every time. They prepare a great plan and budget and then follow it and keep you up to date on the progress. There was never a surprise when working with Clydesdale Builders except the last time when I was surprised the work was done so quickly and I thought it would cost more but everything was done. Michael stays on top of things and follows up on the details.

Just had Darren in the last couple days to do rough in plumbing for my new bathroom/laundry. I'm very picky due to poor quality work from other contractors in the past. Darren was on time when he said he would be here and always answered any questions or concerns. Will be phoning handyman connection for further projects (tiling, drywall,etc) along with the finish plumbing. Thanks Darren for a job well done.

All communication was prompt and courteous. The work was properly scheduled and completed in a reasonable time. Also, in comparison to other contractors I had contacted, the pricing for the whole project was absolutely fair for the job.

Aaron did a great job for us. He had ideas about how to fix some situations I had in my home. He was reliable, he came when he said he would. He was neat and tidy - cleaned up areas where he had worked. Aaron was pleasant to work with, he was polite and respectful of our home. He fixed a closet door and had to use a shim on the bottom. I did not like the look of it and he was not at all bothered that I brought the situation to his attention. Someone else might have said that was the best that could be done in the circumstances or been upset that I was asking for extra work to be done. But Aaron thought about it and presented me with a couple of ideas on what he could do to improve the finished product. We decided on a course of action and when Aaron had completed the job I was happy with the result.

Clydesdale Builders provided us with a detailed list of work supplies before the job started, so I could consider all of my costs (i.e. grouting, mudding compound, etc.) They also helped me refine my project so that I could keep it within my budget. They did an amazing job with my new bathroom. I will be using them for all of my future home projects.
